The Private Security Industry Act 2001 now requires that all people working in the private security industry must hold a valid SIA security licence. In order to obtain a licence, each person must prove that they have a relevant level 2 qualification which is taken in two parts.

Candidates who attend the course with their SIA application forms can have them checked before sending off so that they have all the required documentation.
